Lukasz Hausner, CPA

I began my accounting career nearly two decades ago at a national accounting firm, where I was fortunate to work under an exceptional mentor who helped establish the foundation for my professional career. Under his tutelage, I learned that great accounting requires understanding each client’s unique circumstances and tailoring services accordingly. 

I later joined a mid-sized regional accounting firm in Manhattan, where I worked with a diverse group of clients, ranging from high-net-worth individuals to small and mid-sized businesses across a variety of industries. After nine years in Manhattan, family commitments brought me closer to home, and I joined a highly respected firm in northern New Jersey. Within two years, I became a partner and would spend the next four years growing my own practice. 

The firm was ultimately acquired by a national accounting organization, which inspired me to build my own practice focused on the values I’ve honed throughout my career: personal attention, accessibility, technical expertise, and exceptional client service. 

These values are at the heart of my practice today. My goal is not simply to prepare tax returns or financial statements, but to understand my clients, anticipate their needs, and provide thoughtful advice that helps them make informed decisions to achieve their goals.
